Loved the location - right in the thick of everything!! Lots of restaurants, cafes and shops nearby - easy to walk around and grab food/groceries. The lobby looked great, nice colours, and cool cafe (though wasn’t open when I was there). Check-in staff was friendly, polite and I waited at the business center until they had a room ready for me - I had arrived early and was happy to wait and charge my phone at the lobby. Room was really comfy and nice - the beds were high and just the right amount of height that I like too. Colours were nice too, everything looked bright and fresh, big TV, comfy pillows and sheets and loved the ottoman at the end of the beds - such a good look and touch! The TV had a good selection and liked how there was a proper table/chair and sitting area. Bathroom was huge! Looked nice and loved the big shower :) I’ll be back, for sure! 😆

service was really wonderful, from the front desk to the her restaurant, to accounting They are undergoing renovations as noted by the signs and the progress seen in the elevator. We were not disturbed by any noise. The sliding door to the bathroom did not slide properly so we just left it half open. The lights on one side of bathroom mirror were out and the living room furniture was ok but a bit sparse without sleeper sofa The sofa was too small to sleep on The bedroom was huge and beds comfy. We were on the 4 th floor with a view of St Charles street which was great!

Great location for us! Not right in the middle of the City which we like but convenient to public transportation, ie the Trolley. Also, it was nice and quiet. Lastly, a nice little restaurant with very good breakfast food. we didn’t try dinner. Very friendly and helpful staff.
